Thin walled (~5/16" nominal) parts are made from a high density cementitious matrix reinforced with glassfibers, and cast in custom molds. Parts are relatively light weight (~2.5 pounds/SF) and are made for almost any configuration for mainly exterior applications. GRC is easily installed and finished by site trades using regular tools and finishes. Common examples are column covers, capitals, bases, cornices, moldings, pilasters, planters, and balustrades.
